7-Day Serengeti Safari Itinerary

Day 1: kilimanjaro international airport – arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by your private transfer driver for a quick meet and greet, then transfer to your first hotel in Arusha for check inn, dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire

After breakfast at your lodge, today you will be met by your private safari driver guide with safari vehicle and drive towards Tarangire national park with packed lunch and morning game drive in the park. After having your packed lunch during lunch time at the picnic site, you will continue with afternoon game drive until evening when you will proceed to your tented lodge for check in, dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Tarangire – Serengeti

After early morning breakfast, another phase of adventure begins for you as you will drive towards the endless plains of the Serengeti with packed lunch, and afternoon game drive in the Serengeti. In the late evening, proceed to your camp for check in, dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Serengeti

After breakfast, today you will go on a morning game drive in the park, followed by lunch at the camp. Later on, proceed with afternoon game drive in the Serengeti until late evening when you will drive back to your camp for dinner and overnight.

Today you will have an option of doing either hot air balloon safari or sundowner cocktail at an additional cost.

Day 5: Serengeti – Karatu

After breakfast in your camp, drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area with packed lunch. You will carry on with morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti and Ngorongoro en route. In the late evening, proceed to your camp for check in, dinner and overnight.

Today you have an option of visiting Masai Village (Boma) for cultural experience at an extra cost.

After breakfast, this day you will descend into the Ngorongoro crater floor, which is literally a caldera for full day crater tour with packed lunch.

After breakfast, drive back to Arusha arriving in time for hot lunch at Cultural Heritage restaurant. Later, transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight back home.

NOTE:  We are not holding anything as per above itinerary. So, space is entirely subject to availability at the time of booking. In case any accommodation in the itinerary shall not be available, we shall look for a similar back up, and if there will be any cost implication, we shall let you know and the difference shall be passed onto you.
